The Formax FD 6308-Standard 3 Inserter is a powerful and versatile document folding and inserting solution designed to meet the needs of busy offices and small mailrooms. With the ability to process up to 3,800 pieces per hour and a monthly duty cycle of 40,000 pieces, it delivers high productivity and efficiency for large mailing tasks. The system features a 7” full-color touchscreen control panel with graphical interface, allowing for easy job setup, intuitive operation, and quick access to programmable functions.
This inserter comes standard with three high-capacity feeders (each holding up to 325 sheets) and a top-loading envelope hopper that accommodates up to 325 envelopes. A high-capacity vertical stacker organizes up to 500 finished envelopes in neat, sequential order. The AutoSet™ one-touch intelligent setup automatically adjusts for paper length, envelope size, fold type, and double document detection, simplifying operations while improving accuracy. Users can store up to 50 programmable jobs for fast, repeatable processing.
Additional convenience features include a visible insert area window, allowing users to monitor operations without stopping the machine, and locking envelope side guides for accurate feeding. The robust design includes a clamshell structure for easy access, energy-saving ECO mode, and multiple fold options (C, V, Z, Double Parallel, and No Fold).
