No clips included and chat said no need for clips. Date published: 2022-12-22T00:00:00-05:00 Rated 5 out of 5 by kennie from Poor Customer Service i purchased the 55" samsung frame tv, directly from samsung. i opted for the brown bezel frame. the brown was horrible so i returned it for a $150.00 credit. i have called daily to purchase a black bezel frame. for the life of me, i cannot get clarity on whether they actually offer black or not. the reps are so bad and lack knowledge. i don't even see black on the website. but you cannot get a firm answer. they keep offering me red. stop it! do you have a black bezel for my frame tv? plus when you turn on the tv, you have to bypass the artwork feature. it's quite annoying and not worth it in my opinion. When it arrived I wrapped it in Christmas paper and put it away. However when the gift was opened I found out it was the wrong size. 50” instead of 55”. I tried to return new and unopened but they refused because it was outside the return window. Now I have a frame and can’t do anything with it. $149.00 in the trash because Samsung doesn’t believe in customer service. Never buy anything directly from Samsung.
