NVIDIA AI ENT ESS EDU 5Y 9X5 REN E-LTU | HPE Education Licensing — S2S27AAE

Keep education and research AI environments supported with a 5-year, 9x5 renewal entitlement built for long-range planning. This license is aimed at institutions that need dependable vendor coverage while managing budgets, academic calendars, and multi-year technology roadmaps. For universities, labs, and training programs, support terms often matter as much as the software itself. A renewal entitlement helps preserve access to assistance across the full term, reducing administrative overhead and avoiding gaps that can disrupt coursework, research timelines, or lab operations. The 9x5 coverage model fits organizations where support demand is concentrated during standard business hours. This offering is well suited to teams already standardized on NVIDIA AI Enterprise Essentials and looking to extend coverage without changing their deployment approach. It supports cleaner procurement cycles, simplifies renewal tracking, and helps protect the value of existing GPU investments in education settings. For IT and procurement leaders, that means more predictable ownership, fewer support surprises, and a licensing path that matches the pace of institutional planning. Ideal For Renewing support for university AI labs and research clusters Maintaining coverage for classroom and training deployments Extending entitlement across multi-year academic programs Standardizing support terms for education GPU environments Why This Product 1 5-year term for long academic planning cycles 2 9x5 support aligned to business-hour operations 3 Education-specific entitlement versus general enterprise coverage 4 Renewal model for existing NVIDIA AI deployments
