Lenovo Keep Your Drive Add On 3-Year Warranty | ThinkStation P700-P920 — 5PS0L20556

Keep sensitive data under your control when storage fails. Lenovo 3 YEAR(S) - WARRANTY FEATURES ADD ON - KYD extends warranty coverage with defective media retention for supported ThinkStation platforms, including P700, P710, P720, P900, P910, and P920. When a drive fails, the service is designed to let your team retain the defective unit instead of returning it, which helps reduce data-handling risk and supports internal compliance requirements. This add-on is especially relevant for engineering, design, and content production environments where workstations hold valuable project data, cached assets, or regulated information. A 3-year service term gives procurement teams a clearer lifecycle match for high-value systems, while the Keep Your Drive model adds a practical layer of control that standard warranty coverage does not provide. For organizations that treat endpoint storage as part of the security boundary, this service is more than a warranty extension. It is a policy-aligned way to manage failure events without surrendering failed media. Ideal For Protecting workstation data in engineering and design teams Retaining failed drives for internal forensic review Reducing exposure during storage replacement workflows Extending coverage on deployed Lenovo ThinkStation systems Why This Product 1 Adds defective media retention instead of standard drive return 2 Covers supported ThinkStation models across a 3-year term 3 Better fits security-sensitive workstation deployments 4 Provides a policy-friendly alternative to basic warranty coverage
