HPE H09RRE 5Y NBD Exchange RCX8100 24P Switch Service | Support Warranty — H09RRE

Maintain network continuity with five years of next-business-day exchange coverage for the HPE RCX8100 24-port switch platform. This service is designed for teams that need a defined replacement path when hardware issues arise, helping reduce the operational drag that comes with waiting on parts or negotiating ad hoc support. For switching infrastructure, speed matters. A next-business-day exchange model helps restore failed hardware quickly, which is especially important in access-layer deployments, branch networks, and distributed environments where a single switch can affect many users or connected devices. The result is a cleaner support process and less uncertainty during incidents. This HPE service is a strong fit for organizations that want to keep network support tied to the original platform and avoid the mismatch that can come with generic coverage. It gives procurement and operations a straightforward way to plan for service continuity across the full coverage term while preserving the hardware standard already in place.
