HPE Aruba Networking 3-Year Foundational Care 4-Hour Exchange | 2930F — H1YD8E

Protect access-layer switching with a service plan designed to shorten recovery time when hardware fails. HPE Aruba Networking 3 Year Foundational Care 4-Hour Exchange 2930F 24G PoE Switch provides 3 years of coverage with a 4-hour exchange commitment, helping infrastructure teams restore service quickly and keep user connectivity stable. This level of support is valuable when the switch is not just a network component, but a dependency for endpoints, phones, printers, and downstream access. A fast exchange model reduces the time spent waiting on repair cycles and gives operations teams a clearer path back to normal service. For organizations standardizing on Aruba switching, this service helps align support coverage with the business impact of the hardware. It is a practical choice for branch, campus, and distributed environments where downtime is measured in lost productivity and support tickets, not just device status. Choose this plan when you need more than basic warranty coverage. The combination of a 3-year term and 4-hour exchange support helps justify the investment in production switching by protecting availability, simplifying incident response, and reducing the operational cost of failure. Ideal For Maintaining fast replacement coverage for campus access switches Supporting branch offices that depend on a single PoE switch Reducing outage duration for endpoint-heavy network closets Standardizing service levels across Aruba switching deployments Why This Product 1 4-hour exchange versus slower replacement coverage 2 3-year term versus shorter warranty periods 3 Production-grade support versus basic hardware coverage 4 Faster recovery for PoE access switches versus extended downtime
