HPE Aruba 7220 Controller 4Y FC NBD Service — 4 Years, NBD Response | Controller Support — H3EY8E

Maintain controller reliability with a four-year Foundation Care plan delivering next-business-day response for Aruba 7220 controllers. This service prioritizes replacement and vendor-driven case escalation to reduce administrative lift and accelerate recovery from hardware faults. By choosing NBD coverage you get predictable timelines for parts dispatch and vendor coordination—helpful for controller-based WLAN infrastructures where controller downtime impacts large user populations and multiple access points. The extended service term shifts risk from operations to vendor-managed workflows, justifying the price relative to self-managed spare inventories or time-and-material repairs. Ideal for data centers, campus core network rooms, and high-availability branch aggregation sites, the offering is intended for environments where controller continuity preserves wireless policy enforcement, user authentication, and monitoring functions. Ideal For Protect campus controller racks that manage distributed AP estates Support data center controller redundancy deployments Ensure branch aggregation controllers remain available for authentication and policy Standardize controller lifecycle support across multi-site estates Why This Product 1 Offer next-business-day replacement where faster SLAs are not required but predictable response matters 2 Reduce spare-pool costs compared with maintaining standby controllers on-site 3 Provide vendor escalation and parts logistics vs. pay-per-incident break/fix 4 Deliver consistent lifecycle coverage across controller fleet for simpler vendor management
