HPE Aruba 1Y FC NBD Exchange Service for 6200F 48G PoE | Support — HR1Q2E

Protect the access layer with one year of next-business-day exchange coverage for Aruba 6200F 48G PoE switches. When a covered unit fails, the exchange process is designed to get a replacement moving quickly, helping reduce outage duration and preserve service levels across wired edge deployments. This service is built for teams that need predictable recovery without overcommitting budget to extended onsite programs. It supports operational continuity where switch availability matters most: user access, endpoint connectivity, and downstream services that depend on stable switching. For organizations standardizing on Aruba infrastructure, exchange coverage can simplify support planning and reduce the cost of unplanned hardware events. Compared with basic warranty coverage, this service adds a more defined response path for replacement, which can be valuable in distributed environments where every hour of downtime affects users, operations, and support queues. It is a practical fit for procurement teams that want to extend protection on a specific switch model while keeping service scope clear and controlled.
