HPE 3-Year Foundation Care NBD Exchange 1920S 8G | Switch Service — H6LZ9E

Maintain service continuity on the Aruba 1920S 8G switch with a three-year Foundation Care plan built around next-business-day exchange. When a switch is part of the daily path for users, phones, printers, and connected devices, recovery speed matters. This service gives IT teams a defined support model and a faster route to replacement hardware when failures occur. The longer coverage term is valuable for organizations that want support aligned to the useful life of the switch rather than a short warranty window. It reduces the uncertainty of break-fix purchasing and helps standardize support across distributed locations. For procurement teams, the service is easy to budget; for operations teams, it helps keep response expectations clear. This plan is well suited to branch offices, small campus closets, and edge access layers where a single switch can affect many endpoints. By pairing a three-year term with exchange-based remediation, it supports a practical uptime strategy without adding complexity to day-to-day network operations. Ideal For Branch office switch support for daily user connectivity Small campus access-layer hardware replacement planning Edge network continuity for printers and phones Budgeted multi-year support for Aruba switching Why This Product 1 Three-year coverage versus shorter one-year support terms 2 Next-business-day exchange versus standard return-to-depot support 3 Aruba 1920S 8G-specific coverage versus generic switch service 4 Predictable service budgeting versus unplanned replacement costs
