This was not easy to put into operation. I bought an HP laptop and figured this dock would work it’s been a few weeks and I still can’t figure it out. Not at all intuitive. Instructions very bad. The only issue that I see is since most wireless extras like a keyboard and mouse use old USB connectors there should be more of those available on the hub. Other than that, there is no latency in between the hub, the computer, the keyboard and the monitor. The hub stands as a seamless way to fully utilize your computer’s capability. Absolutely unacceptable this has not been ratified in the years of troubleshooting and reaching out to support.
