The Formax AP4F Digital Address Printer System delivers an all-in-one solution for fast, accurate, and professional high-volume addressing. It combines the powerful AP4 Digital Address Printer with the AP12 Heavy Duty Friction Feeder and AP14 Tabletop Riser Stand, streamlining the envelope printing process from start to finish.

Designed for speed and precision, the AP4F processes up to 26,000 #10 envelopes or 34,000 postcards per hour, with variable print resolutions from 150 DPI up to 600 DPI. The system supports a wide range of coated and uncoated stocks, and accommodates media up to ½” thick. The AP12 feeder holds up to 500 envelopes, ensuring continuous productivity.

Equipped with a stitched 2-pen + 4-pen + 2-pen print head design, the AP4F provides a 4” high by 50” long imaging area with spot-on registration. It supports multiple one-pass print layouts, including Address, Address + Return, Address + Indicia, and Address + Return + Indicia + Custom Tagline, making it flexible for commercial and in-plant print operations.

The system features a user-friendly 4.5” color touchscreen, offering job previews, output speed adjustments, troubleshooting tools, and cost estimation before printing.
