Throughout the four-week duration, the Customer Success guides customers through typical onboarding activities remotely, allowing flexibility in tailoring interactions to specific challenges. The package includes kickoff meetings, weekly status updates, remote training sessions, and a final review meeting to ensure successful onboarding.
