Maintain consistent application delivery performance as traffic grows with Cisco Alteon D-6024S HPP Perform - 60G. This licensed offering is designed for enterprise teams that need to preserve responsiveness, availability, and policy control across demanding production environments. For infrastructure groups managing business-critical applications, the value is in capacity planning with fewer surprises. The 60G designation signals a higher-performance tier suited to environments where throughput, service continuity, and operational headroom matter more than entry-level economics. It fits organizations that want to protect user experience while keeping application delivery aligned to internal standards. Because this is a Cisco software and licensing item, it is intended to complement existing Alteon deployments and procurement workflows rather than introduce hardware complexity. That makes it easier to standardize around a known platform, extend capacity where needed, and keep support and licensing aligned to enterprise purchasing controls. Choose this option when the cost of under-sizing is higher than the cost of planning ahead. It is built for teams that value predictable delivery, controlled expansion, and a licensing model that supports serious production use.
