Canon eCarePAK Extended Service Plan
eCarePAK plans are optional direct-from-Canon plans that extend service beyond the initial warranty period and replace the CarePAK card. eCarePAK plans take one of two forms depending on the imageFORMULA scanner model purchased, Advanced Exchange or On-Site, and they are available for variable durations. eCarePAK plans are "virtual", and do not require a hardcopy card as the CarePAK plans did.
