Avaya 7254XTQ 54-Port Layer 3 Switch 10/40GbE | Rack Mount Enterprise — 7S0600XDWW

Keep server-to-server traffic moving with a managed Layer 3 switch built for high-density rack environments. The Avaya 7254XTQ combines 54 ports, 10 Gigabit Ethernet, 40 Gigabit Ethernet, and QSFP+ expansion in a 1U rack-mountable chassis, giving infrastructure teams the port density and uplink flexibility needed in modern data center designs. This is the kind of switch chosen when latency, rack efficiency, and operational control matter more than basic connectivity. Layer 3 support helps segment traffic and route intelligently across the network, while manageability gives administrators the control expected in enterprise deployments. Optical fiber support adds deployment flexibility for higher-speed links and longer runs, and the compact 1U form factor helps preserve valuable rack space. For architects and procurement teams, the value is in the balance: enough capability to support demanding workloads, without moving to oversized chassis designs that complicate deployment. It is a practical fit for top-of-rack designs where performance, density, and control must all hold together. Ideal For Top-of-rack switching in enterprise data centers High-density server aggregation with Layer 3 routing Rack-based network segmentation for virtualized workloads High-speed uplink deployment using 10 GbE and 40 GbE links Why This Product 1 54 ports provide strong density for rack aggregation 2 Layer 3 support adds routing capability beyond basic switching 3 10/40 GbE connectivity suits high-throughput enterprise links 4 1U rack-mount design preserves space in dense deployments
