- Warranty Information: Brother offers multiple warranty options to fit your product and business needs. All Brother products include a standard limited warranty which can be found in the user guide or as an insert in the carton. You can also view the standard limited warranty for your Brother product on the Product Support Center. Brother offers optional Extended Warranties that may be purchased if 1) your Brother printer or all-in-one was purchased directly from Brother direct or from a Brother Authorized Reseller and 2) you are still within your products’ standard warranty period.
- Exchange Warranty Extensions: Exchange Warranty Extensions start the day after the standard warranty expires. Qualifies an end user for next business day Priority Exchange and access to the Priority Account Line. Brother will JTFp a replacement unit Next Business Day delivery if a customer's call is received by 4:45pm EST Monday through Friday. Brother covers the JTFpping cost both ways, including a return label and packing materials with the replacement unit. Available in 1, 2, 3, or 4 year quantities depending on hardware.
- On-Site Warranty Extensions: Onsite Warranty Extensions start after the standard limited warranty expires. Once your machine qualifies for service, Brother will locate an Authorized Service Center nearest to the machine location. Customers can expect a call within 24 hours of contacting Brother to coordinate the onsite visit. A Brother authorized service technician will arrive at your site to service your machine. Available in 1, 2, 3, or 4 year quantities depending on hardware
- On-Site Warranty Upgrades: Onsite Warranty Upgrades replace the standard limited warranty of a Brother product to Onsite Service. Onsite Warranty Upgrades start from the original date of purchase. Once your machine qualifies for service, Brother will locate an Authorized Service Center nearest to the machine location. Customers can expect a call within 24 hours of contacting Brother to coordinate the onsite visit. A Brother authorized service technician will arrive at your site to service your machine. Available in 1 or 2 year quantities depending on hardware.
